Manager: Roy Hart, Jr

Roy played ball for 15 years, including legion ball, high school and a year of college baseball.  He started coaching his daughter’s soccer team 6 years ago through Lee’s Summit Soccer Association U4 division.  He is currently an assistant coach for son’s U9 soccer team: KC Select Panthers.  Roy started coaching T-ball 3 years ago with several of the players that are still on the team.  His son, Keavin, is a current Volcanoes player.

Coach: Ryan Roth

Ryan played baseball from t-ball through his sophomore year in high school.  He started coaching with the Volcanoes in 2007.  His son, Garrett, is a current Volcanoes player.

Employment Career/Position: Vice President of Small Group Sales, Bukaty Companies

Coach: Mike Kostelnick

Mike has been coaching several of the current Volcanoes with Roy for the past few years.  He played organized baseball through his freshman year of high school.  He believes in teaching the fundamentals and working hard to achieve the team goals. His son, Jason is a current Volcanoes player.

Employment Career/Position:  Internal Revenue Agent within the Examination Division of the Internal Revenue Service.

Coach: Eric Urfer

Eric has several years of coaching/administration experience including: 15 years of non-profit and municipal youth sports league and tournament administration experience at various levels.  Coached/assistant coached several youth sport teams ranging in age from 4 to 8 year old, directed ball field maintenance crews for 5 years and indirectly for 10 (safety of the playing fields is a big deal to him!)  He is a former National Youth Sports Coaches Association certified coach and clinician.  His son, Ryan, is a current Volcanoes player.
